What services does HecknerGroup offer?

The services of HecknerGroup are organised into OPERATE, STABILIZE and ENABLE. OPERATE stands for work packages taken on for the long term under an outcome-based contract. STABILIZE covers acute and preventive crisis and supply chain management – from a task force at the supplier's site through to lasting stabilisation. ENABLE combines process improvement, data and digitalisation with building the organisation's own capability. The company's own operations platform HG Ops supports these services with transparent operational control and current data.

What is the difference between OPERATE, STABILIZE and ENABLE at HecknerGroup?

OPERATE takes on a task for the long term. STABILIZE owns the outcome in a critical situation. ENABLE takes on the development work until the customer can run processes and tools independently. All three fields follow the same principle: HecknerGroup owns the execution – not just the recommendation.

Does HecknerGroup work under an outcome-based contract or on a time-and-materials basis?

Under OPERATE, HecknerGroup works in particular with clearly defined work packages under an outcome-based contract. What is agreed is a clearly defined scope of work or an outcome, not merely the provision of a certain number of people or hours. Other services – in particular time-limited crisis and task force mandates under STABILIZE – follow the contract and remuneration model that suits the assignment.

What is HG Ops?

HG Ops is the operations platform developed by HecknerGroup for running operations and projects. Among other things it brings project and task control, tickets, time recording, billing and management information together in one digital environment. HG Ops supports the day-to-day work of HecknerGroup and at the same time forms the technological basis for digital solutions under ENABLE.

Which technologies does HecknerGroup use?

HecknerGroup combines hands-on industrial experience with data analysis, software development, automation and AI-supported tools. One central technological basis is its own operations platform HG Ops. It provides transparent control of operational processes and projects and continues to evolve module by module. Information security and quality management are integral parts of the company.
