Acute disruption in your supply chain or production? Go to emergency support

Our common thread

We own the outcome.

Sometimes long-term, as an external service provider. Sometimes when things go critical. But always with digital tools developed in-house.

OPERATE

We run it.

Standardised work packages under an outcome-based contract

Planning, processes, engineering: we take on clearly defined work packages on an ongoing basis and under our own responsibility – with a defined outcome rather than simply providing capacity.

STABILIZE

We fix it.

Crisis & distressed supply chain

When the supply chain breaks, we put a task force on the shop floor – with continuity of supply as the top priority. Reactive when things go critical, preventive before they do.

ENABLE

We hand it over.

Processes, data, digitalisation

Processes, data and digital tools – and the people who work with them. We build the capability your organisation needs to run without us.

„We take accountability for what we promise – all the way to the outcome. Whether we run it long-term, stabilise it under pressure or hand it over to you depends on your situation – not our portfolio.“
