Managing Partner
Jürgen Heckner is the managing partner of HecknerGroup GmbH, based in Ergolding, Germany. The company plans industrial value creation – logistics, factories and operating equipment – and owns the outcome: under an outcome-based contract, as a task force in an acute crisis, and as a capability that stays with the client.
He holds a German industrial engineering degree (Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur) and completed a part-time Master of Arts in Corporate Transformation Management at Hochschule Kufstein Tirol between 2021 and 2023. Since 2019 his work has centred on disrupted supply chains and production under pressure – the point where financial restructuring and operational delivery tend to come apart.

1997 – 2003
Industrial engineering in Rosenheim
Diploma studies at Technische Hochschule Rosenheim, funded by work as a long-haul truck driver. Internships at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge in Munich and at Siemens Information & Communication Networks in California. His thesis, written at MAN, covered production systems.

Three and a half years as an employee
Planning and production roles in manufacturing – the years that led to the decision to go independent.
2008

First mandates in logistics and factory planning, initially on his own.
2010
HecknerGroup GmbH is founded
The individual mandates become a company, founded together with a business partner. Today Jürgen Heckner runs it as its sole shareholder – fifteen employees and sites in Germany and Austria.

Focus on crises and disrupted supply chains
Task force mandates in production and supply chain: restore supply, clear the backlog, secure the ability to deliver. Decisions are made in hours, not in committees.
2021 – 2023
Master of Arts in Corporate Transformation Management
Part-time at Hochschule Kufstein Tirol, alongside running the business. Anyone guiding companies through a crisis needs to understand its legal and commercial side, not only the operational one.
